Victoria Marquis - Victoria is a Duty Solicitor and specialises in representing client in the Magistrates Court where she can be found on a daily basis. She joined the team in July 2005 and has considerable experience having worked on high profile Proceeds of Crime, Murder and Fraud cases.
Robbie Chesworth - Robbie is able to run a Magistrates and Crown Court caseload having in excess of 21 years experience in the criminal defence field. He has been Police Station and Duty Solicitor Representative accredited since 1987 and has experience of dealing with Internal Prison Adjudications.
Colin Simber - Police Station and Duty Solicitor Representative accredited for the past 19 years Colin’s knowledge and experience of all aspects of police station work is acknowledged by his peers. He is able to deal with any Magistrates Court or Crown Court matter and has specialist knowledge of Football Banning Orders.
Jason Holt - Jason has been handling all aspects of Criminal Defence work since 1993. His experience includes some high profile matters attracting a lot of media attention. Alaric Walmsley - Alaric is a Higher Court Advocate and a Duty Solicitor with over ten years experience in criminal defence work. He first joined Linskills in 2001 and appears in court on an almost daily basis. Alaric is skilled in preparing and conducting cases in the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts. He is committed to protecting civil liberties and fighting for justice. Alaric recently successfully defended a soldier in the first trial ever to prosecute British Servicemen for War Crimes.
